Yes, there was a moderator site named icebox.clubpenguin.com, where moderators would ban people. It was their main control system. Users found out about it, and havoc broke out. Moderators banned the site forever, and now log on to a site that cannot be acessed by a url code (which is an adress for a website eg. www. (company here) . com), but can only be acessed by the New Horizon Interactive Building and their laptops.
